Recenze jednodenn\u00edho kurzu \u201e\u00daVOD DO EMOC\u00cd V SOCI\u00c1LN\u00cd PR\u00c1CI \u2013 P\u0158\u00cdSTUP ZAM\u011a\u0158EN\u00dd NA KLIENTA \u2013 GERONTOOBLEK\u201c organizace REMISVIT z.\u00fa.<\/p>\n

V na\u0161em za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed SeneCura SeniorCentrum Slivenec  prob\u011bhl 14. 03. 2025 jednodenn\u00ed kurz \u201e\u00daVOD DO EMOC\u00cd V SOCI\u00c1LN\u00cd PR\u00c1CI \u2013 P\u0158\u00cdSTUP ZAM\u011a\u0158EN\u00dd NA KLIENTA \u2013 GERONTOOBLEK\u201c, organizovan\u00fd spole\u010dnost\u00ed REMISVIT z.\u00fa.. Tento vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed program se uk\u00e1zal jako mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00fd pro v\u0161echny \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky \u2013 pracovn\u00edky v soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovnice, zdravotnick\u00fd person\u00e1l i veden\u00ed SeniorCentra.<\/p>\n

Kurz byl vynikaj\u00edc\u00edm spojen\u00edm teoretick\u00fdch poznatk\u016f a praktick\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed. \u00davodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st byla v\u011bnov\u00e1na tematick\u00e9mu videu o st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, kter\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky vedlo k zamy\u0161len\u00ed nad emocion\u00e1ln\u00edm pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm senior\u016f. N\u00e1sledovala diskuze zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a pocit jistoty u senior\u016f. Praktick\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st s vyu\u017eit\u00edm gerontoobleku pak poskytla jedine\u010dnou zku\u0161enost \u2013 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci si na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei mohli vyzkou\u0161et, jak\u00e9 to je zest\u00e1rnout b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika minut o des\u00edtky let. Oblek simuloval sn\u00ed\u017eenou mobilitu, zhor\u0161en\u00fd sluch a zrak, omezenou flexibilitu a dal\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 prov\u00e1zej\u00ed st\u00e1rnut\u00ed. Tato zku\u0161enost v\u00fdrazn\u011b pos\u00edlila empatii \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f v\u016f\u010di senior\u016fm a pomohla jim l\u00e9pe pochopit jejich ka\u017edodenn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy.<\/p>\n

Celkov\u011b hodnot\u00edme tento vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed program velmi pozitivn\u011b. Byla to nejen u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 a prakticky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 akce, ale tak\u00e9 inspirativn\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eitek, kter\u00fd jist\u011b povede k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed citlivosti a profesionalit\u011b v p\u00e9\u010di o seniory. D\u011bkujeme organizaci REMISVIT z.\u00fa. za kvalitn\u011b p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 \u0161kolen\u00ed a jejich \u010dasovou flexibilitu.<\/p>\n
